These TLDs are a blockchain solution to the ICANN monopoly on top level domains TLD (such as .com .net .org)

So these are .htmlcoin and .althash but in reality all you will have to do in your address bar is type htmlcoin or althash to take you to the website.
You can use the new solution on browsers such as Brave.com
